Yasunori Masutani is a voice actor. He is affiliated with Aoni Production. He voiced the alternative version of Kamen Rider Scissors in Kamen Rider Decade, as well as voicing Pachacamac XII and XIII in "Juken Sentai Gekiranger VS. Boukenger" and "Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger." Outside his work in tokusatsu, he is well-known as the voice of TATARI/The Night of Wallachia in Melty Blood and Raphael Sorel in the Soul Series.
